1. Acceptance
These terms describe the conditions for using the HardProps landing and any Early Access account features made available. Account terms must be presented and any legally required acceptance obtained before account creation. Viewing the informational landing does not by itself create a purchase or payment obligation. Mandatory rights remain applicable.
2. Operator
HardProps is owned and operated by Руслан Фролов Александрович, an individual managing the project from Ukraine. There is currently no registered company or sole-proprietor registration. Privacy and support contact: [email protected]. Any future change of operator will be disclosed with updated details and any notice required by law.
3. What HardProps provides
HardProps provides an informational landing and develops email-and-password registration, Google sign-in, alternative Email OTP, password recovery, an account area, a stable Early Access ID and service notifications. The public account forms are a disconnected interface preview: registration, email and Google sign-in, recovery and account changes do not run there. Connected account features are tested separately where enabled; general self-service deletion is unavailable. The 3D tool platform is in development. Only features actually made available are provided; these terms do not launch the separate HardProps Structure platform.
4. Eligibility and registration
You must be at least 18 to register for Early Access. Use an email you control and accurate information. The prepared interface asks for an explicit unchecked adult declaration during registration. No date of birth or identity document is routinely requested; this is not verified proof of age. Do not register for another person without authority.
5. Account security
Protect your email account, password, verification codes and active sessions. Use a strong, unique password if password access is enabled. Supabase Auth manages password verification and code-based recovery; HardProps does not ask you to send a password or code to support. Existing OTP participants can set a password after fresh email verification without replacing their UUID or Early Access ID. Password recovery is not a new registration and must not remove valid privileges. Report suspected unauthorized access to [email protected]. Proportionate verification may be required before sensitive changes. Signing out or clearing browser storage is not account deletion.
6. Early Access participation
Registration identifies participation and does not promise a launch date, admission to a particular future product, a lifetime licence, discounts or financial rewards. Inactivity alone does not cancel the Early Access ID or valid rights. Minimal participation and entitlement records are retained while the programme exists and a lawful processing basis remains. Deleting a sign-in account does not automatically waive lawful obligations or destroy valid rights. If a private participation receipt is made available, keep it: proof, recovery or transfer may require verification and review; automatic financial transfer is not offered. The ID has no stated monetary value and is not an investment or transferable financial asset.
7. Permitted and prohibited use
Use the site lawfully. Do not impersonate others, obtain another user’s private data, abuse email delivery, circumvent security, introduce malicious code or deliberately disrupt service. Security research should avoid accessing others’ data and be reported responsibly; these terms do not grant testing authorization.
8. Intellectual property
Site content, software and marks remain subject to their owners’ rights. Ordinary viewing and permitted use do not transfer ownership or grant a commercial product licence. Respect third-party rights. No exclusive ownership of third-party marks is claimed.
9. Feedback and submissions
No public upload or publishing service is created by these terms. If you voluntarily send feedback, provide only material you may share. You keep your rights; no unrestricted transfer of your intellectual property is required by these terms. Confidential submissions or commercial collaboration should be governed by a separate agreement.
10. Third-party services and privacy
Authentication, email and hosting depend on Supabase, Google where enabled, Resend and Cloudflare. Their services may have separate terms and availability limits. Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Acknowledging that policy does not constitute consent to marketing or every processing purpose.
11. Development and availability
The project is under development. Features may change or be unavailable, and no uninterrupted or error-free operation is promised. We will use reasonable care where required by law. Development status does not remove mandatory obligations or authorize misleading descriptions.
12. Future features
Payments, subscriptions, licences, bonuses and investment programmes are not launched by this registration. Future offerings, if any, require their own clear terms and any necessary purchase or consent steps. Free registration creates no payment obligation and promises no particular future benefit. Real payments and paid Early Access are currently unavailable. A displayed package, draft order or Supporter ID is not evidence of payment and alone grants no paid access. Before any sale, separate purchase terms must identify the actual seller and contact, sale territories, exact benefits, total price and currency, taxes, delivery or activation, payment provider and refund/withdrawal procedure, including applicable mandatory consumer rights. No refund period or waiver of statutory rights is established by these free-account terms. Purchase or refund questions may be sent to [email protected]; no card details should be sent by email.
13. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted proportionately for abuse, material breach, security risks or legal requirements, with notice where appropriate and required. The current general deletion-request route is [email protected]; requests are handled manually and general self-service deletion is unavailable. Applicable response and erasure duties remain binding. Request handling and deadlines are described in Privacy Policy section 16; no automatic-erasure guarantee is given. Backups and outside-provider data have separate lifecycles. Minimum retained records require an identified lawful purpose and necessity review. Neither suspension nor account deletion automatically extinguishes valid obligations or participation rights. No future financial benefit is created by this retention rule.
14. Disclaimers and liability
Information about unreleased features is not a guarantee of delivery. No absolute security or suitability for every purpose is promised. Liability remains governed by applicable law; these terms impose no arbitrary monetary cap and do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for intentional wrongdoing where applicable.
15. Mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms waives mandatory consumer, privacy or other statutory protections. If a provision is unenforceable, it applies only to the extent permitted by law; other provisions remain subject to applicable legal rules. No language version overrides those protections.
16. Law and disputes
The operator manages HardProps from Ukraine. These terms make no exclusive choice of law or court and impose no compulsory arbitration or class-action waiver. Applicable law is determined by the relevant conflict-of-laws and mandatory rules. Any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights in your place of residence remain protected where applicable. You may use competent courts and supervisory authorities; contacting support does not suspend legal deadlines.
17. Changes to these terms
The final terms will identify a version and effective date. Material changes will be notified as required by law; any acceptance required by law must be obtained. Updates do not retroactively create payment duties or remove accrued mandatory rights. EN, UK and RU are intended to have equivalent meaning.
18. Contact
For privacy, account support, security or deletion requests, contact Руслан Фролов Александрович, the individual HardProps operator in Ukraine, at [email protected]. Website: https://hardprops.com. The name is retained in its original script in all language versions. Do not send passwords, verification codes, session credentials or private recovery receipts.
